The open-plan living area invites you to relax and recharge. Sink into the large, comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy your favourite movies and shows on the smart TV, complete with streaming options. The space is bright, welcoming, and designed for gathering with loved ones after a day of fun.

Kitchen / Dining

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, including a new oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You’ll also find cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware thoughtfully provided.

Enjoy meals together around the formal dining table with seating for 8, or opt for a more casual start to the day in the sunny breakfast nook with seating for 4.

Bedrooms

• Master Suite – Indulge in the comfort of a King-size bed with plush linens, ceiling fan, and smart TV. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
• Second Suite – A beautifully furnished Queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, including a vanity and tub/shower combination.
• Bedrooms 3 & 4 – Each furnished with two Twin beds, these rooms share the home’s third bathroom and are perfect for children or additional guests.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, smart TVs (with Roku), and complimentary Disney+ access. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms for added convenience.

Entertainment

The villa’s games room, located in the converted garage, is designed for fun and friendly competition. Enjoy a game of pool, table football, or basketball—or take one of the complimentary bicycles out for a ride around the community.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to your own private oasis. The large pool is fully screened and fenced for maximum privacy, surrounded by sun loungers for relaxing under the Florida sun. A shaded lanai offers a comfortable retreat, complete with dining table and chairs for al fresco meals or evening BBQs on the complimentary grill (propane required).

For families with children, a removable pool safety fence is available for peace of mind.

*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £28 per day.
