Overview

A rural location enhanced by lemon and orange groves, yet only 5 minutes south of the Interstate 4, and just off highway 27 so you have easy access to the Disney theme parks and other central Florida attractions. And if the theme parks get too much, take some time out to chill on the beach. It is only 40 minutes to the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. This villa offers open plan living at it’s best with it’s fantastic social design. Room for the whole family to relax and dine together, yet with plenty of choice if you want to find your own quiet spot to read a book or listen to music.

The villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort with 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus a fourth family bathroom means there’s no queues before an early start to the parks! One of the ensuite bedrooms is located on the ground floor making this villa ideal if you have guests with restricted mobility in the party. All this backing onto a private South/West facing pool deck.

The first, upon entering the home, you’re welcomed by a quiet and calming living space seamlessly connected to the dining area. This wonderful open-plan design features an airy, spacious layout that encourages natural light and easy flow, perfect for both unwinding and entertaining. The second main living area offers a comfortable open-plan lounge perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. Located adjacent to the kitchen, it features a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, making it an ideal spot to catch up on your favorite shows. Alternatively, you can turn off the TV and enjoy some music or board games with the family for a relaxing evening together. Upstairs, you'll find a superb loft area featuring a large TV and a comfortable seating space, providing an additional relaxing spot for your enjoyment.

The large, fully equipped kitchen features a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals with ease. All cutlery and crockery are provided, making it truly feel like your home away from home. For added convenience, a large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your use.

A safety fence is also provided if you have younger children along with you. The pool deck is equipped with upgraded pool furniture for your comfort. The lanai provides some shade from the hot Florida sun as well as the ideal place for some al fresco dining. The sun-drenched southwest-facing pool is sure to be a favorite for the whole family, offering privacy with the fenced area. For families with younger children, a safety fence is provided to ensure peace of mind. Relax in comfort on the upgraded pool furniture surrounding the pool deck, while the shaded lanai offers a perfect retreat from the hot Florida sun and an ideal spot for al fresco dining.

*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Location

The villa is located centrally for all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The ever popular theme parks of Disney World are just 20 minutes away and the theme parks of Universal and Sea World are just a little further 30 minutes away. It is close to many shops and restaurants giving a great choice of dining locations. All tastes are catered for whether it be a fast food choice or fine dining, all are not too far away. The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.
